SleepTalk® was created by a concerned mum around 1972, who had a seven year old daughter who had challenges. She was an aggressive, angry little person and very difficult for the family to live with, and there was no one or nothing available to assist her.

After her daughter was finally diagnosed with severe barriers, this mum knew she had to do something to try and make her daughters world a little easier and Sleeptalk was born.

Together with her husband, they created a strategy with statements that mum applied, day after day, over many months they both noticed started to create changed behaviours in their daughter. The results, though not quick, were simply astounding.

Since those challenging days, the process has been refined and improved by the Goulding Institute, and the SleepTalk® process, has been shared with thousands of families the world over by fully accredited and qualified SleepTalk® professionals
